BSG selected the Carrier Partner Award honorees by narrowing down a complete list of its LTL carriers and comparing their on-time and claims percentages against internal metrics. Competitive pricing was also considered in building the list of preferred carriers. A survey was sent to BSG’s warehouse teams and customer service representatives, where carriers from each region were then recognized based on the respondent’s responses and feedback.
