Saia Provides Fourth Quarter-to-Date LTL Operating Data

JOHNS CREEK, Ga., Dec. 04, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Saia, Inc. (NASDAQ:SAIA), a leading transportation provider offering multi-regional less-than-truckload (LTL), non-asset truckload, expedited and logistics services, is providing LTL shipment and tonnage data for the first two months of the fourth quarter.  In October 2017, LTL shipments per workday increased 7.1% and LTL tonnage per workday increased 6.5% compared to October 2016.  In November 2017, LTL shipments per workday increased 9.2% and LTL tonnage per workday increased 8.9% compared to November 2016.
