Wayne Rooney wees against wall in front of passers by on trendy London street
Wayne Rooney was spotted urinating against a wall after a night out in London's Marylebone and Mayfair following his work as a pundit for BBC Sport on the FA Cup
England legend Wayne Rooney gets caught a little short as he takes a wee up against a wall.
The former Manchester United and Everton star was desperate to go to the toilet during a night out in London and decided he couldn’t wait any longer. He was out with a group of mates. It’s not the first time Rooney has been snapped peeing in public - back in 2013 he was seen in Manchester.
And photographers have also caught him on several other occasions relieving himself by bushes. This time Rooney went while in view of passersby on a night out in London.
He and his mates spent a few hours at the exclusive Nest rooftop bar in Marylebone which has stunning views of the capital. They followed it up by dinner and more drinks at the posh Novikov restaurant in Mayfair. They left around 2am.

In some areas of London, such as Westminster, people can be fined £150. The evening after the incident, Rooney was a pundit on the BBC for the FA Cup quarter final between Brighton and Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest.
He was critical of Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo's team selection. He said: “I’m shocked. I think the FA Cup is such a prestigious tournament and to rest players in the quarter-final when you’ve got a great opportunity to get to the semi-finals…
"They’re trying to get into Champions League football which is fine, it’s great. But as a player, you want to play, you want to get momentum, you want to keep trying to win games.
"To leave players out… If I was a fan, I’d be fuming. You want to win silverware and this is a great opportunity.”
However, Forest boss Nuno would ultimately have the last laugh as his side triumphed on penalties for the third time during their run in the FA Cup this season.
Rooney has regularly been appearing as a pundit for BBC Sport and Amazon Prime Video since he was sacked as manager of Championship side Plymouth Argyle on New Year's Eve.
The Mirror has approached Rooney’s representatives for comment.
