West Brom travel to Norwich in a huge battle between two top six hopefuls, with the Baggies currently occupying the final play-off spot, and Norwich in must-win territory after dropping into the bottom half.
Blackburn, in ninth, travel to the south coast to take on Portsmouth as they look to rediscover their form that led that to being in the play-off spots for the majority of the season, and the final game to predict sees Sheffield Wednesday travel to relegation threatened Cardiff, who sit just a point ahead of the bottom three.
