Port Technology International is delighted to partner with Tech Tour and the Port of Barcelona for the upcoming Tech Tour Maritime, Trade & Logistics Event 2022!

Taking place at one of Europe’s maritime hubs in the heart of Barcelona, #TTMTL22 will cover keynote speeches, networking opportunities, and pitching sessions on bringing new, emerging and green technologies to national and international supply chains.

Kicking off with an on-site summit on 31 May – 1 June 2022, PTI will be in attendance, hearing from and reporting on stakeholders from across the supply chain.

Topics spanning from Blockchain and Cybersecurity technologies to Hydrogen and Electric Truck systems will be just a handful of the talking points from the event this year. The two-day on-site event will also include insights from sector representatives such as Port of Barcelona, Maersk, Hutchison BEST, and Shippeo on where innovation can make its greatest impact in maritime, port, and inland logistics.

In a bid to drive forward technological development across the Spanish and European supply chain, #TTMTL22 has partnered with the Port of Barcelona, local development agency Barcelona Activa, and International Logistics and Material Handling Exhibition SIL Barcelona for this year’s Tech Tour event.

Additionally, 14 June – 16 June 2022 will host online pitching sessions from 30 of trade’s biggest disruptors and One2One meetings on where their services can improve logistical challenges facing our industry.

The deadline for guest registration for on-site visits and online pitching sessions is 25 May and available here!

PTI’s partnership with #TTMTL22 serves as a preclude to the annual Smart Ports: Piers of the Future 2022 held at the Port of Barcelona later this year. In 2021 the hybrid event welcomed more than 40,000 views from 94 different countries on how ports and logistics can use digital technologies to stimulate international trade.
