Global Logistic Properties incorporates 22 subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong

20 of the companies will focus on investment in and development of industrial real estate.

Global Logistic Properties Limited (GLP) incorporates 22 indirect subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong.

According to an announcement, G2link (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated for $412,282 (RMB2m). It will focus on the provision of network technology services.

Chongqing Pusha Warehousing Logistics Co., Ltd. was also registered in China for $34.29m (US$26m). It will focus on distribution facilities and services.

Meanwhile, 20 other companies, all with CLH in their name, were incorporated in Hong Kong for $1,000 each. All will focus in the investment in and development of industrial real estate.

GLP's two other indirect subsidiaries CLH 82 (HK) Limited and CLH 83 (HK) Limited bought 30% in Wuxi Guolian Logistic Facilities Co., Ltd. (Wuxi Golian) for $22.26m.

The acquisition made Wuxi Golian an indirect subsidiary of GLP.
